Sorting service for nuts and BUSHs with irregular shapes
By multiple high-resolution CCD cameras, products are photographed from above, below, side and around the body, mainly detecting irregularities in size, deformation and other products of similar size mixed in.
Automatically sorting out Burr or excess attached to products
In addition to detecting size, deformation and other mixed products, burr and scraps can also be detected in the positions where the camera can capture images. When NG is set, the sorter will not let any unqualified products slip through, so it is very suitable for sorting products with high production volumes.
Photographic inspection of resin products and plastic parts
Sorting can be done at a speed of 150 to 300 pieces per minute. Various inspections are carried out, such as incomplete casting defects, burr, dimensional irregularities and the presence or absence of assembly washers, which are often found in resin-molded products. Moreover, automatic sorting is also possible, which is “faster, cheaper and more accurate than human workers”. Our automatic sorter is also suitable for automatic sorting of plastic fasteners, such as clips and rivets that are fixed inside cars and undercarriages.
100% Visual Inspection of O-rings
Installed 4 Allied Vision inspection cameras from Germany to detect cracks, chips, burr and dimensional irregularities. Since the product is an O-ring used to help the car's grip, it is necessary to sort products with fins and cracks (breakage and chips), which greatly affect the usage. So far, the customer has inspected 2 million pieces per month using both sorting machines and visual inspection. However, the customer's acceptance standards are getting stricter every year, and we have decided to switch to 100% visual inspection.
Cost and working time?
We provide sorting services for about 5,000 baht, working 8 hours per day. (Unit price for automatic sorting: from 0.07 baht ~ 0.15 / piece)
We can sort 50,000 to 100,000 pieces per day depending on the product inspection cycle.
How accurate is the inspection?
Repeatability = +/- 1 pixel (at a speed of 200-300 pieces per minute) Since 1 pixel is approximately 8 microns in size, automatic sorting is possible without any problems.
