The TIMI Series, manufactured and sold by
Taiwan-based manufacturer USDV,
is a vision-based dimensional measurement system
specialized for cylindrical components.
With its central 360° rotating unit,
the product can be rotated during measurement.
This allows projection and measurement of the entire outer circumference,
making it ideal for measuring shaft-type components.
In addition to sub-micron level high-precision measurement,
the system can quickly analyze geometric tolerances such as:

Equipped with a rotary stage,
allowing the workpiece to be clamped
either horizontally or vertically.
