This machine is our 3rd OD measuring unit built in India.
Key features: high precision with cost efficiency
Equipped with Micro-Epsilon (Germany) high-accuracy displacement sensors,
measuring three points (tip, center, end) with laser as the shaft passes through a V-block.
→ Guarantees ±4 micron OD tolerance across the entire length.

Additionally, a contact sensor is integrated for length verification,
with Poka-Yoke functionality to prevent incorrect part feeding.
