The LINE QC System is a quality control system that enables real-time monitoring of measurement data during mass production as well as collection and analysis of in-process data.
Now, new features have been added to further enhance its capabilities.
Individual Automated Measurement Pattern Settings:
Even for the same product, measurement locations and frequency can now be customized.
For example, full measurement can be performed only at the beginning and end of a lot, while during mass production, specific locations can be measured every hour according to each company’s operational needs.
Batch Import of External Measurement Data:
Measurement data from multiple locations, such as Keyence IM measurement, can now be collectively imported directly from the LINE QC System’s measurement screen.
With improved usability, LINE QC SPECIALIST has become even more user-friendly.
