For example, in our case, after barrel polishing (a process in which products are rotated in equipment similar to a washing machine for surface finishing), it is necessary to align them in a single direction before milling.
Doing this manually takes considerable time and cost.

The solution to these challenges is a high-speed, high-precision direction sorting machine.

Case Study: Shaft Direction Sorting

Target Product: φ3.18 × 65.42 & 73.42 mm
Automatically detects front/back orientation by reading a stepped shaft diameter of φ3.03–3.13 mm
Uses a simple camera sensor to measure diameter and automatically sort left/right
High speed: Over 60 pieces/min, capable of aligning 70,000 pieces/day
High precision: More accurate than manual work, significantly reducing production loss
Low cost: Designed with essential functions only, maintaining performance at an affordable price

Additionally, it can handle two different product lengths with the same diameter.
By swapping the interference plates on the carrier, the machine also features a Poka-Yoke function to prevent product mix-up.
