Contact semi-automatic inspection machine
This is a contact type semi-automatic inspection equipment that measures the height of the center groove, notch and spot welding fastener of thin pipe by attaching the workpiece with the KEYENCE GT2 (contact displacement sensor) at the top and bottom. Originally, the drop gauge was used for the judgment of the workers, but it is very difficult to inspect the micron level quickly and accurately. The loading and unloading of the workpiece is carried out by the workers, and only the automatic measurement is performed, reducing the errors caused by the workers' measurements, reducing the burden on the workers and increasing the reliability of the measurement data.

High-precision shaft diameter inspection machine
This product must guarantee a diameter of 3.175–3.180 mm (within the control range of 5 microns). It works by arranging the workpiece into the measuring device and letting it fall to the sensor, which will measure the workpiece at 2 points at the head and tail to prevent the workpiece from being tapered and causing the diameter to be uneven throughout.
3-Point Diameter Measuring Device
A long shaft with a diameter of 4 mm and a control value of 3.987–3.992 mm must be guaranteed. It is a hard steel wire rod called SWRH62A and is a heat-treated product, which causes bending, bending, and diameter changes, making it difficult to control the escape control. The laser captures the shaft as it moves through the V-block and measures the tip, center, and end of the workpiece. By using a KEYENCE laser sensor, it is possible to measure with sub-micron accuracy and tolerance. It is possible to check the outer diameter from 4 to 5 microns.
5-point diameter measuring machine
The motor shaft used for automotive air conditioners and battery cooling must guarantee a diameter tolerance of 6 microns. This product has a large diameter and a relatively long length, so it is difficult to control run-out and taper along its entire length. When this kind of defect leaks out, it will take a lot of time and money to sort. Therefore, we recommend this sorting method to handle this sorting work correctly to prevent slippage as much as possible. The sorting machine is based on the concept of "low-cost, accurate inspection and production" by having the worker pick up the goods into the measuring instrument, but uses an automatic inspection system. The equipment for doing the workpiece is received by a V-shaped jig and is sandwiched between the contact probes from both sides, and the sum of the 5-point (5-point) judgments is displayed in green for OK and red for NG.
