UAZNC
High-speed automatic sorter with 8 cameras covering size, deformation, mixing and appearance inspection in one machine.
In the field of sorting machines, Chinese sorting machine manufacturer “UAZNC” has been trying to catch up with Taiwan’s leading manufacturers with strong momentum, and now surpasses them in terms of production volume and technology.
The standard inspection machines of Taiwanese manufacturers can be equipped with up to 4 CCD cameras, but UAZNC has 8 CCD cameras. In addition to inspection of size, deformation and mixing, external appearance inspection is performed using 4 x 90-degree CCD cameras. All of this is integrated in one machine, with a sorting speed of 300 pieces/min.
